Youth-specific services

Providers offer youth-specific services to adolescents with alcohol and other drug problems and Mental Health issues. Modalities may include individual and group treatment.  Services include prevention, early intervention and treatment. Parents and care takers are also offered services to assist them in helping youth to remain alcohol and drug free and/or reduce their involvement. 

Prevention Services


These substance abuse prevention services are focused on children and adolescents and are subcontracted to the Prevention Coalitions in Hood River, Wasco and Sherman counties.

Driving Under the Influence of an Intoxicant (DUII) Rehabilitation or Education Services

DUII Rehabilitation requires 90 days of sobriety and a recommended minimum hours of group and individual treatment. DUII Education services require clean urinalyses (UAs) throughout treatment and a minimum of 16 hours of group and individual treatment.

Gambling Addiction Prevention & Treatment Program

Our gambling counselors will help you reduce the incidence of problem gambling through a variety of educational interventions that will help you understand the nature of problem gambling (gambling that causes psychological, physical, social or vocational disruptions in the lives of people for whom gambling is an issue); the risk factors and warning signs; and sources for treatment and support.  Treatment includes individual and group therapy and arranges residential care when indicated. Free services are available for friends and family members of problem gamblers.
