Adults living with mental illness can be vulnerable and are protected under Oregon law. If you suspect or know of abuse, you can make a report to Mid‑Columbia Center for Living’s Adult Protective Services. Even if a situation does not meet criteria for investigation, our team will assess safety needs and connect individuals with appropriate resources.
Our screeners will ask a few questions to determine whether an investigation is needed. All reports are confidential, and you may choose to remain anonymous. If you reach voicemail, please leave a message—your call will be returned by the end of the next business day.
