Total Compensation

Qualified roles are eligible for sign on bonuses and additional language differential for Spanish/English bilingual staff.

Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and optional benefits(FSA) coverage designed to keep you and your family healthy and supported. We pay for 95% of employee only premiums and 75% of employee and family premiums! We offer low deductible plans through Oregon Public Employees’ Benefit Board(PEBB).
